Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, creating an account, or using Vantablvck (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
Vantablvck is a social mobile app for posting and viewing content (text, media, audio), interacting with others, map / local reports, and related features (comments, follows, Hot Takes, etc.).
3. Eligibility (17+)
You must be at least 17 years old. We may suspend accounts that violate this rule.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for credentials and account activity.
- Provide accurate information.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety risks.
- Deletion: Profile → Delete Account (see this page).
5. User-generated content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it to operate and improve the App.
5.2 Prohibited content — zero tolerance
- Illegal, defamatory, or misleading content
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying
- Sexually explicit / pornographic material
- Gratuitous violence or incitement to illegal activity
- IP infringement
- Spam, malware, impersonation
- Doxxing or sharing others’ private information
Objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. We may remove content and restrict or ban accounts without notice.
5.3 Anonymity
Some features may allow anonymous display to other users. Anonymity does not permit abuse. We retain technical means needed for moderation and safety.
6. Safety tools (App Store Guideline 1.2)
- Report content via in-app controls
- Block users so their content is hidden from you
- Filtering / moderation — we review reports, typically within 24 hours

7. Conduct
- Follow applicable law and respect other users
- Do not bypass security or access systems without authorization
- No unauthorized mass scraping
8. App IP
The App (excluding UGC), brands, and related materials belong to Claude Sovogui / Vantablvck.
9. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of bugs.
10. Disclaimers & liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NOTHING EXCLUDES MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS (including in the EU / France).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Claude Sovogui against claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence in the EU.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless law requires otherwise.
