Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Vantablvck mobile app, why, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights (GDPR / CCPA and Apple App Store requirements).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use IDFA for cross-app tracking as defined by Apple unless this changes — in which case we will update this policy and App Privacy labels.
3. How we collect
- Directly — signup, profile, posts, reports
- Automatically — app usage, logs, location if iOS permission granted
- Processors — cloud auth & storage (see §5)
4. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract — provide the service
- Legitimate interest — security, abuse prevention, product improvement
- Legal obligation — when required by law
- Consent — device permissions and optional processing
5. Recipients / processors
- AWS Cognito — authentication
- AWS (e.g. S3 / DynamoDB / hosting) — storage & backend
- Apple Push / Expo — notifications if enabled
Content you publish is visible to other users as designed. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety and rights.
6. International transfers
Processing may occur in the EU and/or outside the EU (e.g. via AWS / Apple). Appropriate safeguards are used where required.
7. Retention
- Account data — while the account is active
- UGC — until deleted by you, moderated, or account deletion
- Technical logs — typically up to 90 days
- After account deletion — personal data removed; residual backups purged within 30 days
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent (e.g. iOS Settings). Contact last-task-unit@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).
9. Account deletion (App Store 5.1.1(v))
- Open Vantablvck
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account and confirm

10. Security
TLS in transit, access controls, cloud best practices. No system is perfect — report suspected incidents to the contact above.
11. Children
The App is for users 17+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. Birth date is used to enforce this rule.
12. User-generated content & safety
Vantablvck includes UGC. In-app report and block tools are available. See our Terms of Use.
13. iOS permissions

- Microphone — audio (e.g. Hot Takes), live features if used
- Location When In Use — map / nearby
- Notifications — if you allow them
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email.
